CHAPTER 01 / PRODUCTS

Four products we build and run.

The same engineering we bring to client work, packaged as products for security, AI delivery and IT operations.

Digital Disruptors IT SupportIN USE

Multi-tenant service desk

IT Support

Takes employee requests, access changes and device work through to a result someone can explain, and keeps every failed step visible until it is finished.

Ask for a demo for IT Support
ReachPILOT

Remote support

Reach

Puts the right technician on the right device with a command, a terminal or attended screen help, tied to one support job and closed when the job is done.

CHAPTER 02 / CAPABILITIES

We work where software meets consequence.

01

Business systems

Custom platforms for the work behind the business: service requests, enterprise operations, internal workflows and connected data.

ERP / IT service management (ITSM) / workflow automation / integrations
02

Finance & reporting

Financial models and scenario planners, application review and approval workflows, and reporting tools for management and board communications.

Planning tools / review & approvals / board updates / newsletters
03

AI & engineering tools

Governed agent platforms, traceable delivery records and isolated DevOps sandboxes, with practical quizzes and skills assessments.

AI agents / audit & provenance / sandboxes / technical learning
04

Cloud, security & operations

The infrastructure, security controls and ongoing care that keep applications deployable, observable and recoverable.

Cloud / Kubernetes / DevSecOps / CI/CD / incident response / migrations

The work is the pitch.

Projects we have delivered, described by the kind of work, its scope and its outcome. Client names are left out.

GLOBAL PHARMACEUTICAL / ENTERPRISE AI

A governed platform for enterprise agents.

Representative architecture. Client implementation details omitted.

Multiple teams needed to run agents against private knowledge and real company systems. The platform had to preserve isolation, identity and control without creating one custom stack per team.

IOT & ROBOTICS / SECURITY OPERATIONS

Replacing a black-box MSSP with an auditable operating system.

Representative architecture. Client implementation details omitted.

Security alerts needed to become traceable cases, investigations had to use AI without handing it final authority, and the existing detection estate needed a clean migration path.

Representative architecture. Client implementation details omitted.

Sales, purchasing, stock and finance had lived in separate tools. We built one system for the daily work, connected it to the company's travel, CRM and accounting platforms, and added an assistant that answers questions from live records instead of guessing.

Representative architecture. Client implementation details omitted.

Joiners, leavers, access requests and device records ran across identity, licensing and endpoint tools. The service desk runs those steps for each organization in its own scope, routes approvals and shares its asset record with the security operations team.

CHAPTER 04 / OPERATING PRINCIPLES

Clear decisions.
Shared ownership.

01

Show the risk.

We make trade-offs visible before they turn into surprises.

02

Test behavior.

A green pipeline is useful. A system proven under the conditions that matter is better.

03

Write it down.

Decisions, failure modes and operating procedures belong to the team, not one person’s memory.

04

Leave ownership.

Good consulting increases your team’s control of the system.
